Tom is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Valore. He brings over a decade of private equity experience to Valore, having previously served as Head of M&A at a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. Over the course of his career, Tom has sourced and executed on more than 30 acquisitions including many complex corporate carveouts and cross-border transactions.

At Valore, Tom leads the firm’s global investment strategy, business development, and deal execution.

Graydon is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Valore. He brings over a decade of private equity experience with a focus on operational transformation, complex carve-outs, and post-acquisition integration. Prior to founding Valore, he led operations at a Los Angeles-based private equity firm where he executed more than 30 acquisitions across North America and Europe.

At Valore, Graydon leads global strategy, deal execution and portfolio operations.

Mike is a Partner and the Head of M&A at Valore. He brings over a decade of private equity and M&A experience to Valore, having previously served as Head of Investments at WM Capital, an Austin-based alternative investment firm. Michael began his professional career in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and in the private equity group at Ares Management. 

At Valore, Mike leads the firm’s global investment strategy and M&A execution.

Michael is a Valore Operating Partner. He brings 30 years of experience heading global operations across the automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Valore, Michael held CEO, board, and advisory roles at both public and private equity-backed businesses where he led strategic and operational transformations. Most recently, Michael served as President of Cree Lighting.

At Valore, Michael leads portfolio operations and value creation across the firm’s manufacturing investments.

Michael is a Vice President in the M&A group at Valore. He brings four years of private equity experience to the firm, having previously led automotive and industrial business development for another Los Angeles-based private equity firm. Most recently, he served as Global Head of Business Development for the investment arm of a family office.

At Valore, Michael leads global business development and plays a key role across all deal execution & capital markets activities.

Duncan is a Senior Associate at Valore. He brings nine years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, and corporate finance, with a focus on M&A, valuations, and board advisory. Prior to joining Valore, Duncan was at Lincoln International, where he advised public and private companies on acquisitions, restructurings, and fairness and solvency opinions, primarily in the industrials sector.

At Valore, Duncan supports deal execution and transaction analysis across the firm’s investment strategy.
